Meet Robert and Nicole, the dynamic Real Estate Husband and Wife Duo with EXP. Our team includes not just us, but also our little interns—our kids—who occasionally roll up their sleeves for some hands-on experience or join us in meetings.

Our Real Estate journey began in January 2020 when we ventured into full-time agency in Spokane, WA, having moved there just the previous July, not knowing a soul. Despite the initial challenges, our business plan centered on uplifting and supporting those around us, confident that kindness and support would come full circle. Little did we anticipate the global challenges that unfolded in March of that year, just a week after welcoming our son into the world. Undeterred, we pressed on, driven by the fact that failure wasn't an option; we had no fallback plan. It took six months to secure our first transaction, and from there, our business soared.

Our journey from being beginners in an unfamiliar place to becoming Top Producers in the Spokane and North Idaho area was marked by tears and countless prayers. Today, we stand grateful for the community that supported us. While the road was challenging, the outcome has been nothing short of beautiful. (This means you won’t have 100 agents contacting you because they received you as a “lead”) ⚡️you can create notes, favorite or chat directly with us if you have questions on any property making it incredibly user friendly and easy to get all the info you need. ⚡️there is a “more “ tab which here’s the goods! We have 2 links in there a “Washington Partners” and “Idaho Partners” what’s cool about that? We will be adding more and more local partners in these categories for you to have a trusted and vetted contact for all your needs both Real estate/home related AND just other LOCAL businesses. Social media is a beast of its own. And I’ll be the first to say I do not have it down. But hey the effort is here. And I’m showing up to the social media party LOL . I’m not gonna lie. There are HARD moments being a parent in Real Estate (yes I’m talking to you mamas and daddy’s) Especially to little ones where emotions are high and “behaving” isn’t always a thing LOL But there is something so special about building a business along side your family. Your kids get a front and center view of what it looks like to be a hard working parent. And they might not always appreciate it but they will one day. Here are some things we implemented in our business to allow for it to be OUR FAMILIES business and not just ours. ⚡️They get commission. Yes you read that right. If they come with us to something work related and they help or are polite and respectful then they get commission when the home closes. Why we felt this was important- it teaches them work ethic, and how to save money. ⚡️they don’t have to go and sometimes they aren’t allowed to come. We don’t have a nanny but we do have people who can help when we need it. We know there are settings that kids should not attend and our clients have our respect in that as well. We also know that they are kids and sometimes they won’t want to come and they might not get commission but they have the option to stay with a loved one or we divide and conquer which is helpful! ⚡️we have things for them to do. (Yes sometimes that means screen time) whether it’s homework, coloring, games or toys they always have something to do including snacks. ⚡️lastly, we make it fun. If they have to come along to some stuff we make sure after or in between meetings we are doing something together to make it more tolerable. Is this easy? No. Is it fun? Sometimes. Picking your Realtor It’s not always easy! Most times you know multiple Real Estate Agents but not all agents are created equal. What do I mean by that? There are some agents who hold on to their license for their family and friends but aren’t actively selling homes and gaining knowledge about the current market, new forms, trainings and creative new strategies that a full time active agent will know. We know it isn’t easy to tell a loved one you are hiring someone else but let’s be honest is the biggest purchase or sale in your life worth not hurting someone’s feelings? Here are some tips to finding the right Realtor for you ⚡️interview agents. THIS IS HUGE. This doesn’t mean shop for the cheapest agent. It means ask them questions! How long their listings last on market? How do they communicate? Will they send you listings, how many homes have the sold in the last 12 months? All good questions. ⚡️check out their marketing! We are in a very digital world now! If your agent isn’t on Social media or doing some form of creative marketing for you (if your a buyer and they aren’t finding creative ways to find you your dream home) how will they be able to get more eyes on your home or find you a home other than what’s just on the mls? Open House Drama! Its always a fun time when your hosting an open house and a few doors down the neighbors are going at it! I can’t say I haven’t eased dropped a time or two when an open house is slow.
